Membership fees are now due for the 2008-2009 year. In order to be listed in the annual Directory, we need to have this form completed and your check for the dues, postmarked by July 15, 2008.
Note: Please remember that you must be a current member of the American Dietetic Association to be eligible for membership in NODA.
