The process to order LDA's 2010 MNT Manual is not difficult when you follow these steps
(READ ALL BEFORE PROCEEDING):

• For ADA Members - Click ADA Member link for the product you wish to purchase.
  
  
• For Non-ADA Members - Click Non-ADA Member link for the product you wish to purchase.
  
  
• You are required to select either East Baton Rouge Parish Resident (default - mandatory LA tax rate for East Baton Rouge Parish residents/facilities) or All other LA & USA ADA Residents. Be sure to select All other LA & USA Residents if you do not live in East Baton Rouge or if you reside in another State. We will validate all orders.
  
  
• You are required to provide your ADA Member number when selecting an ADA member product link to qualify for your ADA price. We will validate your ADA number.
  
  
• All INTERNET (for individuals) purchases will recieve a username/password and a link to the online secure area after order verification. Order verification can take up to 1 business day. Annual renewal rates are as follows:
  
  ADA Members - $85 renewal
  Non-ADA Members - $125 renewal
  
  East Baton Rouge Parish resident annual renewal rates are slightly higher due to mandatory LA tax increase for East Baton Rouge Parish.
  
  EBR ADA Members - $89.09 renewal
  EBR Non-ADA Members - $131.01 renewal
  
  
• All INTRANET (for facilities) purchases will recieve a username/password and a link to download the electronic version after order verification. Order verification can take up to 1 business day. Install instructions are provided. Annual renewal of an INTRANET purchase guarantees customer support and any updates. There are no limits to the number of users for the INTRANET version. Annual renewal rates are as follows:
  
  ADA Members - $250 renewal
  Non-ADA Members - $300 renewal
  
  East Baton Rouge Parish facility annual renewal rates are slightly higher due to mandatory LA tax increase for East Baton Rouge Parish.
  
  EBR ADA Members - $262.01 renewal
  EBR Non-ADA Members - $314.42 renewal
  
  
• There is no need to create an account when you are presented with the shopping cart screen. Please use the Place Order Without Account link to complete the order process.
  
  
• Upon completion of ordering, you are presented an Invoice page with the details of your order. You are also emailed a Customer Invoice. Please print the first Invoice page for your records in the event your Customer Invoice does not arrive. You can close the Customer Invoice window when you finish printing your receipt.
