The process to order LDA's 2010 MNT Manual is not difficult when you follow these steps:
- For LDA Members - Use your ADA number for username and password without leading zero's to access your account from the store's Login page. Accounts have been setup for LDA members using your ADA number.
Non-LDA or Non-ADA members are welcome to create an account but will not receive the member discount when purchasing the LDA MNT Manual.

Your ADA number and membership status with LDA ensures you receive the member discount upon checking out. If you use the "Place order without account" link, your order will be treated as a non-member of ADA and LDA and your price for the manual will increase.

Fill out the Customer Information form completely after logging in. The rest of your information is saved and will expedite your shopping experience the next time you visit and login.

The Navigation bar at the top of the store has the following links: Account; Basket Contents, and Checkout. Account takes you to the login page of the store. Basket Contents displays your shopping basket where you can remove or adjust the number of items to be purchased. Checkout starts the payment and order fulfillment process starting with the Login page if not already logged in.

Tax rates are automatically calculated based on your zip code. Out of state purchases are free from sales and parish taxes. Shipping is calculated at $8.00 for each manual purchased.

Upon completion of ordering, you are presented an Invoice page with the details of your order. You are also emailed a Customer Invoice. Please print the first Invoice page for your records in the event your Customer Invoice does not arrive. You can close the Customer Invoice window when you finish printing your receipt.
- If you wish to order offline, then use the order form provided, otherwise click Order Now to start your online ordering process.
- Online oredering for the 2010 Manual is presently unavailable due to maintenance.
