There are 2 ways to register for this year's FNCE:

• Complete and mail the 2010 LDA FNCE Brochure
  
  
• Register Online - follow the steps below:
  
  
  • Complete the registration form according to your ADA Member, Non-Member, or Student/Retired Member status. Click Register when you have selected your items of interest.
    
    
  • Click Place order without account link to complete the order process for registration.
    
    
  • Fill out the Customer Information form completely.
    
    
  • Registration does not require a collection of taxes. Shipping defaults to zero dollars.
    
    
  • Upon completion of registering, you are presented an Invoice page with the details of your order. You are also emailed a Customer Invoice. Please print the first Invoice page for your records in the event your Customer Invoice does not arrive. You can close the Customer Invoice window when you finish printing your receipt.
    
    
  • The LDA office will verify all registrants' ADA Member Status and may contact you after your registration has been processed.
